OUR PROCESS
DREAM
Our team will work with event planners, tour managers, promoters, musicians, and visionaries to capture the vision of the event or events. If a vision is premature, we will assist in developing the vision further.
DESIGN
Each event is different; therefore, each event is custom. We will use acoustical prediction software to design a sound system appropiate for the event space and event style. We will use visualizations to mirror the look of the room and offer solutions for the pinnacle point of the space – the stage. Proper documentation will be generated for the on-site team when it comes time for deployment.
DEPLOY
Our teams work with efficiency and diligence to carry out the design team's vision on-site. They consist of experts in audio engineering, lighting design, video production, and if needed, rigging. These professionals have support staff that assist in those key roles as well. And we have also chosen equipment that will exceed expectations in both speed of set-up and quality.
PARTNER
After the event, our team assists with ongoing contracting
and follow-up.
